Refund policy
At Resinina I take every effort to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved creating it for you. Whilst I hope that you’re pleased with your order, I understand that there may be an occasion where you may want to return an item.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order (including photographs of your item) on contact@resinina.com and I will happily assist you.
I offer a 14 day return policy - to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same perfect condition it was received, including with the product packaging undamaged and using the original boxes and packaging.
Please package your return item securely and use a tracked delivery service where a receipt will be provided to you as proof of postage. Please include your name and order number with your return stating the item you are returning. Please note that if a parcel is returned without a tracking number, I may not be able to process your refund as I do ask for proof of postage. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original product packaging, is damaged or not received in good condition, or for reasons not due to my error will result in me being unable to refund you fully.
Once your return item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days, with the amount refunded to your original payment method.
I want to make your return process as easy and pleasant as possible and will keep you informed should any issues arise.
Exception: I regret that any personalised products that are especially made or ordered with your choice of colours, art media, message or other customised aspect cannot be returned or refunded unless at my discretion.
